What are “Transparency”, “Non-compliance” and “Fraudulent activity”? -
For an advertiser, or a advertising network/channel, transparency simply means, ‘insight into the promotional activities of your affiliates and partners’. Non-compliance refers to promotional methods that are outside of the rules (Terms of Use, Terms and Conditions, etc) setup for an Affiliate or Internet Marketing Program. Fraudulent activity means exactly what it sounds like - fraud, stealing, theft… unfortunately, there are many ways to ‘cheat the system’.
